Terms and Conditions

Delivery

Pictures and artworks are delivered throughout Denmark with PostNord and GLS. Delivery is free for purchases over DKK 1,000. All works are delivered without frames and are shipped securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard tube to protect against damage during transport.

Your order

Once the order for a picture or artwork has been completed, an order confirmation is sent by email and/or SMS. The order confirmation contains information about the order, delivery, and payment.

Returns and exchange

In the event of cancellation of a purchase, the general rules on the right of return apply. Notice must always be given by email or SMS before the work is returned, so that the return can be registered correctly.

When the returned work has been received in good condition, the purchase amount, including the original delivery costs, is refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

When returning an item, the sender bears the cost of the return shipment. The item must be returned properly and securely packaged, preferably in the same type of packaging (cardboard tube) in which it was received.
